When booking a tour with Come See Peru, you agree to all our terms and conditions

BOOKING
- Your reservation is confirmed and a contract exists when your travel agent issues a written confirmation upon receipt of the corresponding deposit amount. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to the company or authorized agent immediately.
- The original passport (not a copy) that you booked with must be shown at the checkpoint to enter Machu Picchu or the Inca Trail. If you originally booked with an old passport and then renewed your passport, you must also bring your expired passport along with your new valid passport to allow entry or you will be denied entry.
DEPOSITS
The initial deposit amount is based on the expenses to buy Machu Picchu tickets, train tickets, Inca trail permitsWe use PayPal to allow you to make your deposit, which facilitates the use of a credit card. There is a 6% fee for using PayPal for international transfers. We also use Western Union for sending deposits. Deposits through Western Union have variable fees. The amount of the deposit will depend on the type of itinerary the client books, as shown below:

Machu Picchu tours and Inca Trail 2 or 1 day trips: For Machu Picchu tours we require a minimum deposit of US$300.00 per person. Remember that these deposits are not refundable nor-transferable to another person. There are no exceptions.
For day trips, such as the Sacred Valley tour, City tour, Humantay Lagoon or Rainbow Mountain: The deposit required is 40 dollars which can be transferable or refundable based on specific conditions.
FINAL PAYMENTS
All balances need to be paid in CASH, (in full) prior to the briefing which will be held the night before your tour, or at the latest the day before the start of the activity. (Bills must be in good condition – no torn bills are accepted).
CANCELLATIONS
When booking a tour with Come See Peru Tours, my team and I will work hard to make sure you have the best experience of your life. Our team will make sure that you are safe, and that you are having a good time. However there are some facts outside of our control that may affect your trip. Therefore we suggest that you take a look at our cancellation terms. The terms of your cancellation are based on how far in advance of your trip you notify us. We understand that there are many unexpected issues that will make you cancel your tour.
Refunds will be only provided for DAY TOURS Not for Machu Picchu tours since the deposit of the total cost is used to buy the Machu Picchu tickets, the train tickets and bus tickets which by the way are not refundable.
Please note that when we make the deposit for the refund paid for a day tour you are cancelling. Paypal will charge a commission, commission that will be paid by you and if the refund is 100% there is a $12 fee to be paid (penalty fee).
- 100% refund of the deposit if we receive notice of the cancellation at least 30 days before the date of the day tour.
- 70% refund of the deposit if we receive notice of the cancellation 20 days before the date of the day tour.
- 50% refund of the deposit if we receive notice of the cancellation 15 days before the date of the day tour.
- No refund of the deposit will be provided we receive notice of the cancellation less than 10 days before the date of the day tour.

FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS
A force majeure is an unpredictable or unforeseeable event that prevents someone from fulfilling a contract. In the case of Machu Picchu, a force majeure event could be something like a natural disaster that damages the site or makes it inaccessible. If such an event were to occur, the company responsible for the operation of Machu Picchu would not be liable for any damages.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
All rooms are standard double rooms (two single beds) with private bathroom. Double rooms can be arranged on request. Upgrades are available upon request. Please inform us in advance of any upgrades or special requests so that we can arrange it for you. A single room upgrade supplement applies.
TIPPING
Tipping in Peru is entirely voluntary.
