Friendly and knowledgeable guide! We did a tour from Ollantaytambo to Maras salt mines and Moray with Carlitos and Cristobal. Carlitos was very knowledgeable and tailored the tour to what we already knew which was great. They also made the recommendation to start early which was a challenge but well worth it for the absence of crowds!

Great experience with a local guide I highly recommend this agency. We booked a trip with them from Ollantaytambo to Cusco visiting many unique sites of Sacred Valley on our way. Everything was well organised even though we contacted the agency quite late. The agency was very responsive and we kept in touch on WhatsApp all the time. Our guide Carlitos came on time and he was the nicest person ever, very patient with us and ready to take a lot of pictures. We learned a lot about Inca history from him. The whole day was a pleasure. Thank you guys for taking care of us! Thanks to you we fell in love with Peru even more.

Wow! I totally didn't think we could do Machu Picchu in a day, but it is! The trip was EPIC! It was a full day but it was a blast! Macchu Picchu was incredible - I was weary that it was built up in my head (wonder of the world and all that) it was just wow. and made even more incredible by our guides - they knew the history, stories, and fun facts. They also made it feel like we were just traveling with friends - we loved our guides. highly recommend

We start the tour with a visit to the fortress of Ollantaytambo, we will explore the site for about 1 hour, visiting the temple of the sun, the urban sector, the military sector, the agricultural sector and the water temple. Then we will be driving you to the Maras Salt Mines from Ollamtaytambo.
We will drive along a dirt road for about 25 minutes until we reach the community of Maras. Maras town is a picturesque town surrounded by stunning landscapes and mountains. Here we will visit the Maras Salt Mines.

Over 5,000 Salt ponds, locally owned by 500 local families in the community of Maras and Pichingoto village, make up the picturesque Maras, all connected through an impressive man-made underground network of canals that fill these pools with salt water. Over time, the intense sun will slowly evaporate the water leaving behind the salt that is later extracted by the local families through ancestral techniques.

After visiting this amazing place we will head to the ruins of Moray.

Moray was once a laboratory to test different growing conditions for crops. It is composed of three groups of circular terraces in concentric circles, each slightly deeper than the one before it. Each bowl has 12 levels of terraces with the largest depression having a diameter of 600-feet. This experimentation allowed the Incas to get agricultural techniques for better crop production despite the different altitudes and climates.
