They assure that the trip from the city of Cusco to the mountain Vinicunca will be only with formal tourist operators or authorized tour companies that will guarantee in the fulfillment of the measures of biosecurity, like the control of the temperature, the obligatory use of masks, facial protectors and alcohol in gel.
Peru’s Rainbow Mountain Will Reopen To Tourists in December
According to Dircetur the opening of the Rainbow Mountain will take place on December 18th of the present year, so until this date no tour operator will be able to take tourists to the town of Pitumarca or Cusipata.
